VanDyken Mechanical andAllied Mechanical Services collaborated on the HVAC work for South ChristianHigh School. The HVAC system needed to be quiet, operate withoutvibration, be maintenance friendly yet energy efficient, and use long-lifeequipment. A VAV system with condensing boilers, variable speed chillers, andenergy efficient DDC controls was selected. Additional work included themechanical piping for the heating hot water systems, chilled water systems,natural gas main, and all snow melt piping.
