Story

40 Acres is an upscale soul food restaurant located East Hills. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a mixed-use building. This project included a large commercial kitchen designed to serve the restaurant, along with their catering service, a dining room, two restrooms, a full custom bar, and outdoor patio space. The restaurant’s interior finishes give the space a modern and open feeling.
