Story

This project was a new two-story, 45,000 SF Manistee Community Health Center for Munson Healthcare. The new facility is home to the following outpatient services; orthopedics, urology, neurology, general surgery, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational rehabilitation, Health Connections, and a new board room with adjacent space for senior leadership. In addition to constructing the new medical office building, upgrades were made to the center's 12.2 acre site, including campus entrances, driveways, parking, and landscaping.
