This is a 5-story mixed use facility consisting of Bridge Street Market, Hendrik Apartments, First Street Office Building, and a parking garage. This project was essentially 3 projects in 1, spanning an entire city block. Project challenges included a fast-paced schedule, and managing all 3 projects simultaneously.
