Transformation of the 90-year old Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School into Roosevelt Apartments, an affordable housing facility. Extensive remodeling of the existing structure turned old classrooms into apartments, and the addition added 34 new apartments. Also included are a property management office, community space and kitchen.
