Rockford recently completed Beacon Hill at Eastgate senior living community in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Phase two work involved several new elements, including a high-end, four-story condo addition over the existing parking garage. The project was completed under a tight timeline and while the rest of the community remained occupied.
