The 104,544-sf, LG Chem building addition was constructed on a fully-operational campus and presented many opportunities to meet logistic challenges. Rockford tied in utilities and a material handling bridge while working in a dust-averse environment. We worked to align the design, schedule, and logistics with the owner’s manufacturing equipment installations.
