The Spectrum Health Integrated Care Campus in Muskegon Township sits on an 11.4-acre lot offering primary care, radiology, endoscopy, laboratory and rehabilitation services in a 30,000-sf single-story building. Rockford faced challenging winter conditions during the project start, but overcame this obstacle with detailed pre-planning, site logistics and an aggressive schedule.
