This ten-story, 160,000 sf. office and retail building, underwent a Class A transformation to the exterior façade, lobby and tenant areas. The renovations feature a full-height glass curtainwall, expansion of the two-story lobby with floating glass stairway, custom feature walls, and upgraded restrooms, elevators and white box space for tenants.
