Owner needed immediate presence in Michigan, choosing former Uni-Solar building in Greenville to enable quick production. Project involves removal of existing roof top equipment, over 300 each and installing new ones while keeping the building in the dry. Project also includes 80,000 SF of new roofing on 4 different areas.
