Helmhold + Company accounting firm received a major 12,572 sq. ft. upgrade to their office suite including 15 individual offices and conference areas. The intent of the renovation was to take full advantage of the existing architecture, yet make it a more functional, properly flowing space. Innovative furniture solutions, updated storage helped the staff feel more engaged, as well as gave them adjustability options to fit the needs of each and every person. A high level of quality is visible in the reception area, staff break room, kitchen, and restrooms with a variety of materials and finishes that go together perfectly. Meeting rooms with updated furniture and lighting were added to create a collaborative feel. A classical, timeless color scheme was implemented to create a sense of ease in the space and bring a renewed sense of vitality into the office. Inviting furniture, wood finishes and updated fixtures were used in the lobby to make clients feel welcome and comfortable. The renovation created a functional, engaged office that fits the needs for both the everyday staff as well as for their clients.
