Story

The space, built in 1968, served as the ‘back of the house’ for the Chase Building and did not have its own identity. Every public space underwent renovation including common areas, elevators, technology, a new two-story open air lobby, plus upgraded exterior canopies, parking, lighting, signage, facade work and landscaping.
