This mixed-use construction project was built on a tight site and aggressive schedule, with a large amount of unsuitable soils. The finished project promotes 24/7 activation along the Bridge St. corridor, has added hundreds of jobs to the immediate area, and exemplifies Rockford’s comprehensive development, construction, and property management approach.
