Preserving the buildings' historical grandeur was a priority on the renovation of the Rowe Hotel, a 1923 city landmark. The transformation to a mixed-use retail/residential property included a new penthouse level with condominiums, residential apartments, underground parking, roof top collaboration space and support infrastructure for life safety, utilities, and storage.
