Hilton Garden Inn posed a unique challenge with the E.I.F.S. Dryvit Outsulation MD System having multiple cornice profiles, 3 different textures, 7 colors, including a specialized TerraNeo Finish that when finished looks much like granite. This is the largest project in the West Michigan using this environmentally sustainable specialty finish.
