Scannell Properties built a 300,800 square foot facility, consisting of offices and warehouse space. Brigade designed and installed a 628,000 gallon water tank with pump house attached. Inside the pump house sits a 5000 gpm fire pump, which feeds 8 systems, 3200 sprinklers and over 6 miles of piping.
