The entire second floor of the historic Trust Building (40 Pearl) was renovated for Start Garden’s new offices. Work included removing and rebuilding walls for new offices, mechanical and electrical upgrades, restoration of various historical elements including the revitalization of historic marble and slate flooring, new bathrooms, kitchen and lighting.
