Pioneer Construction was the pre-engineered supplier and erector for the GVSU Lake Turf Practice Facility. Pioneer’s scope of work included all the steel, the roofing, and composite wall siding. Erhardt Construction was the General Contractor. The building houses an indoor field for football and soccer practice, track and batting cages. It is the only practice facility of its kind in Division II football. LEED Gold Certified by the United States Green Building Council.
