Towers Construction Company was awarded this project because of our attention to detail and quality control. We ensure that every project is completed to our client and owner’s satisfaction. Winter Park Racquet Club was built with complex features that required skilled craftmanship.  The project involved barrel vault style ceilings framed to receive ceramic brick tile.  We also extended the kitchen’s roof load bearing walls in order to increase the overall height of the building structure.  The roof batt insulation was installed after MEP welding was completed off of temporary truss planks in order to prevent any fires.  We also replaced existing structural beams with a glue laminated timber in order to remove a column which allowed for an open floor plan.  This work was all completed while keeping the facility open for operation.  All challenges for the Winter Park Racquet Club were met with timely solutions resulting in this beautifully finished construction masterpiece.
