This multi-phased project  expanded the current terminal space of this overflowing airport.

Constructed all while maintaining the flow and access to both air and pedestrian traffic, this $65 million, 50,000 sf addition included new sanitary, storm, condensate, gas and  domestic water piping, as well as selective demolition of existing facilities, all while keeping the building operable.
