Towers Construction Company was awarded this project because of our attention to detail and quality control. We ensure that every project is completed to our client and owner’s satisfaction. Olympia Pharmaceuticals was a Design Build project with complex features that required skilled craftmanship. The walls were value engineered by reconfiguring the bracing methods in order to avoid fastening to the deck.  This method helped reduce costs and mitigate field conflicts with MEP trades above the ceiling. The warehouse wall was built right next to the cleanroom which created a challenge to insulate the office side of the wall. An opening was created on the exterior wall of the building in order to hoist the clean room into the building. The opening was then framed and sheathed all on the same weekend in order to reduce exposure to the elements. TV bump out walls were framed with heavy gauge material in order to sustain the weight of the TV’s, Framing, and Drywall. This work was completed in an expedited manner in order to meet FDA Inspection deadline requirements. All challenges for the Olympia Pharmaceuticals Interior Buildout were met with timely solutions resulting in this beautifully finished construction masterpiece.
