Legoland Florida Resort launched plans in2018 to build a new five-story hotel, Legoland Hotel 2, located in addition toits existing hotel.  The 150-room hotel iscomprised by 5 floors, includes a massive pool deck, cabanas and a restaurantand comprises 2.3 acres of land and is connected the existing Legoland hotel.

Williams Company selected Energy Air toprovide the complete HVAC scope of work for the additional Legoland connected hotel.  From the beginning of the job there weretight site conditions, not only due to the limited amount of space, but also interms of the schedule.  Because of thetight work areas laydown was a large issue. Energy Air worked with the constituents involved to make sure this didnot cause time delays or any safety concerns.

At the end of the day, we are excited that to have been a partof this project which will be enjoyed by kids and adults for years to come.
