Marriott has done it again! Check out the latest Hotel located at 14900 Chelonia Way, Orlando, FL.

PCL Construction was awarded the contract for this beautiful building and P&A Roofing and Sheet Metal was awarded the Roofing Contract. This unique building offers 516 Rooms, 18 Meeting Rooms, Restaurants, Spa, Pool and Roof Top Terrace. With over 50,000 square feet this hotel offers it all.

P&A Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc was proud to be a part of this project with the unique Roof design. As you can see from the picture above there are three different roof top terraces. The terrace floors are covered with Bison Wood Tiles and the Steel Decking is exposed on the roofs above. The design helps to keep their clients out of the harsh Florida elements be it rain, extreme heat and/or Hurricanes. And also allows guest to take in the Disney Fireworks each night.

P&A Roofing and Sheet Metal started the roof project 10/2018 and completed it 03/2020. We completed 983 squares of TPO and 2732 Linear Feet of coping. Since this beautiful Hotel sits between Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Epcot traffic was a nightmare! Scheduling for deliveries, staff and inspectors all had to be done on 2^nd and 3^rd shifts to minimize the interaction and park productions.

Safety is extremely important to P&A Roofing and Sheet Metal because our employees are our biggest assets. As you will see in the Safety section of this hard book you will see there is a daily Pre and Post job safety inspection. P&A Roofing and Sheet Metal had no safety incidents on this job and this is something that we take pride in.
