Story

A new build project with 2 two general contractors on one site. Hoar was hired to construct part of the new themed resort hotel located on an eleven (11) acre site, at the corner of International Drive and Universal Boulevard. Our company was contracted to complete construction of all the public space facilities, including the hotel lobby, porte-cochère, public restroom facilities, first floor elevator lobbies serving main lobby entrance, food and beverage stations, restaurant and seating areas, as well as all civil, underground utilities, hardscape and landscape scope to include the surfboard shaped pool and pool bar.
