Pleasantville Assisted Living Facility is located in Sebastian, Florida on U.S. Highway 1. R.C. Stevens was selected as the general contractor by the owner based on therecommendation of another R.C. Stevens’ client. R.C. Stevens’ experience with the Assisted Living market brought the strength to the project that the owner was looking for. The building is three story, 105,000 SF, and provides 123 beds for Assisted Living and Memory Care needs. The structure is masonry with hollowcore decking and exterior stucco finish. The common areas include commercial kitchen, dining rooms, activities rooms, salon, media room, nurse stations alongwith med rooms and clinics, and three courtyards with fountains and arbor.
