Ahoy Mates! The Pirate Island Hotel is all about the guest experience!

The LEGOLAND® Pirate Island Hotel was designed and built to transform the traditional family vacation into a unique non-stop pirate adventure. The family voyage starts in their immersive, themed crews quarters (or rooms, for landlubbers) and a boat-load of interactive activities for kids (and parents) to experience during their stay both day and night. And, in true LEGOLAND style, theming was taken to the next level with an in room treasure hunt where swashbuckling young pirates discover treasure daily IN THEIR OWN ROOM!

Williams Company completed construction management services for the LEGOLAND Pirate Island Hotel. The

hotel is LEGOLAND resort’s third accommodation and features 150 fun-filled rooms (including four suites), a heated pool with pool deck (complete with LEGO® soft bricks to build in the pool), hundreds of LEGO models, in-room LEGO treasure hunts and exclusive character experiences.

The five-story, 84,073 SF hotel will house the pirate-themed Shipwreck Restaurant, Smuggler’s Bar for adult swashbucklers, an entertainment area with kid friendly nightly programming and LEGO play areas
