Story

Inspired by Salvador Dali and the Spanish culture, the 450,000 square-foot Gran DestinoTower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a new, 15-story hotel expansion to the existing Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The new tower includes a two-story grand lobby entrance, multiple lounges and bars, 495 guest rooms and 50 themed suites. The new tower’s 545 rooms increase the resort’s new guestroom total to over 2,000.

Offering indoor and outdoor lounge areas overlooking Walt Disney World® Resort property, as well as private rooms for groups or events, the tower’s rooftop restaurant and lounge take full advantage of the site’s picturesque dining views. Stretching across the resort’s 14-acre lake, Lake Dorado, walkways lead guests to the resort’s new island restaurant called Three Bridges Bar & Grill. The project's design-to-delivery was fast-tracked via an aggressive design, construction and opening schedule.
