Scope: Koury is the only Laboratory Enforcement Agency (LEA) approved with the district. We provide all material inspections and testing services.

Completed Project: Birney Elementary School:  Modernization and New Construction -The various inspections included, but were not limited to concrete, welding, masonry, concrete coring, and concrete batch plant on a student service building and shade shelters.
