Story

Koury was awarded an annual on-call contract to perform geotechnical monitoring, construction inspection and materials testing for the city's street improvement project. Our work included monitoring during compaction, observation and testing during asphalt placement, inspection during concrete placement and tests on concrete, rebar and soils. During the contract, our team worked on over 20 projects. Koury was recently awarded a new street improvement contract with the City of Pomona. 

Scope: On-going geotechnical monitoring, construction inspection & materials testing for street, curb & gutter improvements throughout the city. Geotechnical Engineering services included Geotechnical Engineer of Record, grading, soldier piles and shoring system monitoring
