Sensory Technologies is implementing home theater and lifestyle technology amenities within several upscale condominium towers and apartment communities across the nation. Club Rooms include large screen flat panel HDTV’s that anchor the space. Smaller LCD screens are positioned in billiard, bar, cyber café, entertainment, and fitness areas to enhance the spirit of these welcoming gathering areas. Audio is distributed throughout the facility in the club room, fitness room, cyber café, pool, and patio areas. Sources include XM Radio, traditional radio, computer streams, and iPod docking stations. The system is administered by an intuitive LCD touchpanel control system located in the property manager’s office.
