Gateway Plaza Renovation Finished
On this renovation project we removed the existing facade and extended the height of the building by adding a steel stub parapet wall with and EFIS finish, new shingles, and paint were completed as well. With careful planning and safety in mind this project was completed in phases in order to keep all existing tenants open for business during construction.
