Nestle USA :: Electrical

Electrical-Contractor

Story

Nestle USA created 500 jobs and sweetened Indiana’s economy when the Switzerland-based company chose a 190-acre site in Anderson as home to the largest aseptic ready-to-drink products center in the world.

During construction of the 1,219,680 square-foot factory, Gaylor’s team closely adhered to Good Manufacturing Practice regulations unique to the food and beverage industry.  GMP requires sanitary precautions that include wearing lab coats, shoe boots and hair garnets to protect products.

Gaylor electricians ran intrinsically safe wiring throughout the plant, a solution which limits current, voltage and overall energy delivery in order to maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
