Icon on Bond

Grand Rapids, Michigan

Masonry-Contractor

Story

The Icon on Bond development is an urban renewal project which will transform the site of the former Grand Rapids Foundry into an inviting urban residential neighborhood. The development encompasses two City blocks, and includes two 118 unit residential high rise condominium buildings adjacent to Sixth Street Park. Located at the intersection of Bond Avenue and Trowbridge Street in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The condos were designed to offer the latest modern amenities, while still maintaining a traditional urban facade.

According to Jim Ziegler, project manager, “with the luxury cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, ceramic tile and carpeted floors, washer/dryer in each unit coupled with the panoramic views this is truly the finest condominium project in the city of Grand Rapids.”

To complement the open spaced concept of the building, each unit features nine-foot ceilings, deluxe kitchens, enhanced living rooms and large master bedrooms with walk-in closets, personal parking space in a covered and heated parking garage.
