This project consisted of 55,000 brick and 23,000 raw block and 400 pieces of limestone.
This new credit union consisted of 30,000 brick and 20,000 ground face block and 4,000 square feet of precast. Building was one of the first buildings for the Market Square Drive development.

As the David Chapman Agency grew to be one of the areas largest insurance and bonding agents, it was time for expansion. This new office building was clad with brick and architectural block.
This existing 13-story building was extensively renovated by demolishing several existing floors and adding several new floors to gain ceiling height for new class and lecture rooms. New stair towers and elevator shafts were also built. The entire veneer was clad with brick and Indiana limestone.
When Jackson National Life decided to build a new office building, they spared no expenses. The new four-story complex was clad with limestone from a Texas quarry. This stone has its own character with a texture of fossils and organic plant life from many years of sediment.
Davenport Masonry was teamed up with the Architect Smith Group and Construction Manager Walbridge Aldinger to build 12 buildings in the new world headquarters for Visteon Corporation. The architect did a wonderful job in choosing a mixture of architectural block and 16" long brick to design the building façade’s for this new Village. At its peak, more than 80 Davenport employees were needed on site to meet the aggressive schedule.
This building is now a landmark for the city of Coldwater. With money donated from Mr. Henry Brown, this office complex is clad in more than 7,000 cubic feet of Indiana limestone.
This large retail store is load-bearing masonry with brick veneer. Project consisted of 120,000 brick and 34,000 block. The brick was a zoning requirement of the township, which is unusual for the Kohl's store franchise.
This project consisted of 1,000 brick, 60,000 C-Brick, 16,000 raw block, and 8,000 split-face block.
This Wal-Mart has the design of an upscale retail store. In lieu of the traditional Wal-Mart with a single wythe 8" x 16" face CMU block that is painted, this store used a 4" x 16" face integral colored unit. From a distance the building has the appeal of a traditional brick building.
Saks Fifth Avenue is a beautiful addition the existing Somerset Mall. Block walls clad with a precast base and Indiana limestone make this building blend into the surroundings.
This project consisted of 62,000 brick and 2,000 raw bock. This was a conversion of an existing store to a new Rite Aid at the Bueche's in Flushing.
This design/build job was a great project to build. The owner wanted to incorporate the history of the town of Flushing in the design of the new building. The front façade of this grocery store has many pieces of the existing facades incorporated. Brick, architectural block and limestone make this building attractive.
