Oxford Township commissioned CHMP to design a new facility to
accommodate the current and longer term space needs for their
administrative offices.  The final design reflected an existing brick
arch theme with high pitched roofs consistent with other Township
facilities.

The full potential of the sloping site was realized by designing a
walk-out lower level for an Oakland County Sheriff Sub-Station.
