Bay Area Specialty Flooring

Removal and disposal of existing stage.  Re-level flooring over stage lift.  Install new Oak Flooring and Stagelam sheeting over entire area (approx 6,400 sq ft) including over the orchestra lift.  Sand, stain black, apply three (3) coats of water-based finish using a Matte finish on the final coat.  Repaired various damaged subfloor areas.  Remounted floor pulley plates in the floor for the traveler curtain draw lines.  Refaced pit edge on entire perimeter.

Chancel area is 2 ¼” x RL  Red Oak select & better wood flooring stained radius nosing, main stage floor and step is natural finish approx. 1,300 sq ft.   All installed, stained and finished with polyurethane satin finish.

Walking area in the sanctuary is Carpet – Patcraft Big Splash approx. 1,800 sq. ft.

Under pews is VCT – Armstrong approx. 1,300 sq. ft.

Tempered Masonite Stage, painted three (3) coats flat black - installed Oak nosing boards on face of stage.
