The new approach to luxury RV travel is included in this all in one resort. From the time the motor coach or RV is parked within one of the 231 sites, residents are ready to enjoy the amenities. Each site is complete with concrete pavement, full utility hook-up, irrigated lawn, landscaping, and optional fire pits for the cooler evenings. The resort provides a club house with pool, fitness equipment, locker rooms, laundry facilities, and a large social room. Situated along the Muskegon River, residents will find the Convenience Store and its riverfront patio adjacent to the resort’s private marina, boat launch and fuel dock. Provided the design of the 231 RV sites and recreational amenities, including the design development and construction documentation of the Marina. Engineering design and construction management of 11,000 feet of roadway, complete site grading, retaining wall design, and utility design. Utility design included: water, sanitary, and storm water management. Work performed by Corey Broersma, RLA and Ryan Miedema, E.I.T. while employed by RJM Design, Inc. & V3 Consultants, Ltd.
