This development is an 84-acre industrial / retail center located at the interchange of I-65 and S.R. 267, just northwest of Indianapolis. Driesenga & Associates, Inc. (D&A) master planned the development, and is responsible for offsite utility extensions, master drainage, compliance with overlay districts, and integration with Indiana Department of Transportation plans for the interchange. D&A has also provided civil engineering design, land planning, survey, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing throughout development.
