Construction of a 70,000 square foot addition to the existing facilities and a two-story, 40,000 square foot parking ramp. The addition consists of a 10,000 square foot lobby and 54 barrier-free units of congregated living with vaulted ceilings, brass railings and an old-fashioned soda bar. The adjoining parking ramp is covered with a membrane roof to keep the senior residents out of the weather. The project was completed while the existing facilities remained fully operational.
Sunset Manor was completed on time, within budget, and with very little punch list. Due to our experience and expertise, the architect requested a value engineering seminar for contractors in their area.
