Sternberg Retail was constructed using a Design/Build Method.

The new 12,000 square foot strip mall in front of Meijer

was built of conventional steel and houses four tenants.

CiCi’s Pizza, West Michigan’s 1st gourmet pizza buffet. The 4,000

square foot tenant finish included a prep kitchen, buffet area,

restrooms, and seating area for the all-you-can-eat gourmet buffet

extravaganza - all for under $5.

RX Optical Store, a Michigan-based company with over half a

century of optical dispensing experience. This tenant build-out

features a 2,500 square foot space set up with exam rooms, optician

offices, display area, and restrooms.
