Story

The renovation of a former Malarky's Restaurant into the new Peppino's South location for the fast growing Peppino's brand pizzerias. The fast track remodel included minor demolition for open floor space, upgraded wall, ceiling, and floor coverings, a new sports bar area, take out area, and small exterior upgrades to the entryway and landscaping.

The most striking of its features is the amount of custom wood working through-out the restaurant, particularly in the bar area, making the Peppinos South location a unique atmosphere from its other locations. Peppinos South is the third of its kind, becoming a sister location to the Peppino's Sports Lounge Downtown Grand Rapids, and the original Peppino's Grille & Ristorante in Allendale.
