Wolverine completed this extensive remodel for the L&W Group.  L&W, an automotive stamping company, has 16 locations nationwide.  The new “Tech Center” serves as their corporate headquarters. 

The 89,860 SF project included both exterior and interior improvements, with installation of over 100 doors, new drywall, ceilings, and canopies.  Wolverine completed this large-scale project in a 2.5 month schedule. 

A unique feature of the facility was the customized executive wing, where all office doors can be opened and closed with the touch of a button.
