Story

Using a design/build approach, Wolverine constructed a  new 3-story car dealership for Kool Toyota. The conventional steel building has 30,000 square feet of space and a 58' X 116' canopy. The building included a large showroom, mezzanine, offices and other support space.

Wolverine then completed a design/build remodel at an existing 12,000 square foot Eagle Chevrolet dealership for the same owner. The project consisted of office and showroom space.
