Wolverine Building Group design-built this $3.2 Million expansion project for Kent Manufacturing, a family-owned business that specializes in the conversion of pressure-sensitive adhesive coated materials to manufacture parts which are used in a variety of products for sealing, joining, fastening, surface protection and vibration dampening.

The expansion provided Kent Manufacturing with much-needed production and administrative space. After outgrowing their existing location, Kent Manufacturing purchased an existing 40,000 sq. ft. building a few blocks down the street from their current facility. Kent contracted Wolverine to build a 30,000 sq. ft. addition onto the existing building with a new 5,000 sq. ft. office within the footprint of the addition. Wolverine’s team also completed renovations and improvements within the existing building.
