Story

The Holland Harbor Fishing Access is located along the scenic Lake Macatawa near the Holland State Park. The project included the construction of two public fishing piers extending into a productive fishing cove as well as a 340 foot long boardwalk with fishing locations along its length. These docks are designed to be completely barrier free to accommodate fishing by people of all abilities. Additional project features include a small parking lot, seating areas, and information and interpretive displays highlighting Great Lakes fisheries and maritime history.
