The first phase of Heritage Towne Square included the construction of two new buildings totalling 82,000 square feet of mixed-use space to the plaza on 60th and Lake Michigan Drive in Allendale, MI.
The first level of each three-story building consists 32,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, while upper floors house nearly 50 apartment units.
