Wolverine was pleased to be part of the Midwest rollout of Francesca’s Collections, a women’s boutique. We have completed eleven store locations in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Minnesota.

These build-outs are each approximately 1,200 sq. ft.  All stores received complete interior renovations, including new framing, millwork, drywall, paint, lighting, fixturing, and updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  

These fast-track mall projects are completed in six weeks or less.  Our project teams maintain a clean and quiet construction site to allow for the adjacent retail spaces to remain open for business during construction.
