Design and construction of a large, 3-story office building for Foremost Insurance Group. It was constructed using conventional steel framing and has a brick exterior with a canopy drive entrance.

In total, the building provides 105,000 square feet of commercial office space. A majority of the building was set up with an open floor plan to accommodate movable cubicles.
