Story

The project was developed by Daane's Development of Grandville and was constructed using a Design/Build Method.  The existing retail center houses Family Fare, Chow Hound, Cathy’s Hallmark, KE Reed & Co. Salon, and Han’s Cleaners.  A stand alone drive-through Starbucks and a 4,600 square foot Jonathan Stevens Mattress store were added to the retail center.
