Story

This complex historic renovation project included the conversion of a 120-year-old church into a community center, as well as construction of a three-story, 20-unit senior apartment complex on an adjacent lot.   The project is supported by Historic and Brownfield tax credits. 

One of the building’s most striking features is the original stained glass window in the community room, which was carefully removed and restored during construction.    

The project boasts many sustainable features and is LEED certified.
